Troubleshooting FAQ Sheet

If you're having difficulties subscribing or unsubscribing, please try these solutions.

• Make sure that your browser is setup to send email. Go to the Preferences menu and click on Mail Preferences. Be sure that you have specified your return email address (Identity). Once you have configured your browser properly, you should be able to send email, and therefore, subscribe or unsubscribe using our links.
  
• You can send an email from your email software (like Eudora).
  Send to: [email protected]
  In the subject line, type: Subscribe WeeklyStrokes [Note: WeeklyStrokes is one word.]
  Then hit "send".
  
  To Unsubscribe:
  Send to: [email protected]
  In the subject line, type: Unsubscribe WeeklyStrokes [Note: WeeklyStrokes is one word.]
  Then hit "send".
